El Bulli
If El Bulli is no longer the #1 restaurant in the world according to Restaurant magazine (El Bulli was #2 this year, #1 last year) then it must be the most difficult restaurant in the world to get a reservation.

To get a booking you have to email sometime during the month of October, when the bookings open for the following year. So if you're looking to book for 2006 then try in October 2005.
